1. Xây dựng bộ máy và kế hoạch hành động của bộ phận trên cơ sở chiến lược của công ty.
2. Là đầu mối xây dựng và quản lý toàn bộ hệ thống chất lượng tích hợp của Công ty bao gồm: ISO – OHSAS – GPs,… và các hệ thống khác nếu có theo qui định của Nhà nước và Quốc tế, giám sát và theo dõi hoạt động hệ thống, đề ra các biện pháp khắc phục phòng ngừa và cải tiến.
3. Phối hợp các bộ phận có trách nhiệm thiết lập, biên soạn tài liệu áp dụng hệ thống tích hợp GPs, ISO, OHSAS,.... và huấn luyện việc thực hiện.
4. Quản lý và kiểm tra các tài liệu và hồ sơ chất lượng - MT&ATSKNN – PCCC và quản lý năng lượng đảm bảo tính bảo mật về loại văn bản; Kiểm tra giám sát việc tuân thủ trong hệ thống tích hợp.
5. Thực hiện và thẩm định, giám sát môi trường bên ngoài của Công ty (trừ bên trong hệ thống sản xuất).
