ĐIỀU 6. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ CỦA CÁC BÊN.
Trách nhiệm của Bên A:
Cung cấp đầy đủ hồ sơ pháp lý của Chủ tài khoản, số tài khoản để chuyển tại Venezuela. Đồng thời chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm trước Pháp luật về hồ sơ này.
Cung cấp thông tin về Chủ tài khoản, số tài khoản để nhận tại Việt Nam.
Trách nhiệm của Bên B:
Cung cấp đầy đủ hồ sơ pháp lý của Chủ tài khoản, số tài khoản để chuyển nhận Venezuela. Đồng thời chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm trước Pháp luật về hồ sơ này.
Cung cấp thông tin về Chủ tài khoản, số tài khoản để chuyển khoản tại Việt Nam.
ĐIỀU 7. BÍ MẬT THÔNG TIN.
Bên A và Bên B cùng nhau đồng ý rằng bất kỳ thông tin nào nhận được trong bất kỳ quá trình thúc tiến nghĩa vụ của mình theo như hợp đồng này, điều mà liên quan đến cá nhân, công ty hoặc tập đoàn… hoàn toàn bí mật và không tiết lộ cho bất kỳ người khác, công ty hay tổ chức nào khác tham chiếu theo điều khoản bảo mật của (NCND)

Article 6. RESPONSIBILITY and OBLIGATIONS of the PARTIES. party A's responsibilities:

the responsibility of Party B:
Offers a full range of legal records of the account holder, account number to receive Venezuela. At the same time bear the full responsibility before the law about documents.
provides the information about the account holder, account number to transfer money in Vietnam.
Article 7. SECRET INFORMATION.
Party A and party B together agree that any information provided during any process ends ahead of its obligations according to this agreement, which relates to individuals, companies or corporations ... absolutely secret and not disclose to any other person, company or other organization referenced in terms of security (NCND)
