Hủy bỏ hợp đồng:
Việc hủy bỏ hợp đồng sẽ không được chấp nhận. Nếu bên A hoặc bên B muốn hủy bỏ hợp đồng sẽ bị phạt 5% tổng giá trị của hợp đồng.
Các biện pháp phạt vi phạm khác do các bên thỏa thuận không trái với nguyên tắc cơ bản của pháp luật Việt Nam, tập quán thương mại quốc tế, những điều ước của những tổ chức quốc tế mà Việt Nam là thành viên.
