Trưởng đoàn đánh giá chịu trách nhiệm lập báo cáo tổng hợp cho đợt đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ trong toàn công ty, sau đó gửi báo cáo cho thư ký ban ISO và đại diện lãnh đạo về chất lượng. Các hồ sơ đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ là một phần nội dung sẽ được đại diện lãnh đạo báo cáo lên giám đốc trong cuộc họp xem xét của lãnh đạo.
