- Thanh toán cho bên Bán đúng thời hạn tại điều 4. Nếu đến thời điểm 31/12/2015 bên B chưa thanh toán đủ số tiền trong hơp đồng thì phần chưa thanh toán đó sẽ được tính thêm phần lãi suất như lãi suất ngân hàng thời điểm hiện tại.
