 Hoàn thành vượt mức chỉ tiêu kế hoạch kinh doanh được giao
- Thực hiện vượt mức 10% và có chất lượng các kế hoạch do Tập đoàn giao
- Hoàn thành vượt mức 10% và có chất lượng các kế hoạch nội bộ đơn vị đề ra
 Không có bất cứ phản ánh tiêu cực nào từ phía đối tác và khách hàng (trên phương tiện truyền thông hay dưới dạng đơn thư khiếu nại gửi đến các cơ quan chức năng bên ngoài hoặc đến Lãnh đạo Tập đoàn)
 Được Ban tổ chức nhân sự đánh giá là thực hiện tốt các chính sách/chế độ/qui chế về quản trị nhân sự trong đơn vị
 Được Văn phòng Tập đoàn đánh giá là thực hiện tốt các nề nếp quản lí nội bộ và công tác hành chính
 Được Ban Tài Chính Kế Toán đánh giá là thực hiện tốt các qui định và chế độ về tài chính/kế toán
 Kèm theo bản đánh giá của Hội đồng thi đua khen thưởng của Tập đoàn dưới đây đạt từ 140 điểm trở lên.
