1. Không quá 60 ngày đối với lao động có chuyên môn, kỹ thuật bậc cao đẳng, đại học trở lên.
2. Không quá 30 ngày đối với công việc có chức danh nghề cần trình độ trung cấp, công nhân kỹ thuật, nhân viên nghiệp vụ.
3. Không quá 06 ngày làm việc đối với công việc khác.
4. Tiền lương trong thời gian thử việc bằng 85% mức lương của công việc đảm nhiệm. Trong thời gian thử việc, người lao động có nghĩa vụ tiếp nhận các khóa tập huấn và phân công công việc của Công ty, không được từ chối hoặc xin chuyển bộ phận.
Sau thời gian thử việc, Công ty sẽ tiến hành đánh giá kết quả công việc của người lao động. Nếu xét thấy người lao động đạt yêu cầu thì công ty sẽ tiến hành ký hợp đồng lao động.
