Trước ngày bàn giao dự kiến 30 (ba mươi) ngày, Bên Bán sẽ thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bên Mua theo Mẫu thông báo bàn giao Căn hộ quy định tại Phụ lục 6 của Hợp đồng này.
Việc bàn giao Căn hộ sẽ được lập thành Biên bản theo mẫu quy định tại Phụ lục 7 của Hợp đồng này hoặc theo mẫu quy định của nhà nước ban hành.
Bên Bán chỉ bàn giao Căn hộ cho Bên Mua khi và chỉ khi Bên Mua thanh toán đầy đủ theo quy định tại Điều 3 và Phụ lục 2 của Hợp đồng này.

Results (English) 1:

Ahead of the expected handover of 30 (thirty) days, Seller shall notify in writing to the buyer upon delivery of notice form the apartment specified in Appendix 6 of this agreement.The handover of apartments will be established thereon according to the form prescribed in annex 7 of this contract or according to the form prescribed by the State.The seller only hand over the apartment to the buyer when and only when the buyer the full payment as defined in article 3 and Appendix 2 of this agreement.

Results (English) 2:

The expected date of delivery before 30 (thirty) days, the Seller will be notified in writing to the Purchaser according to the notification form handed Apartment specified in Annex 6 of this Agreement.
The apartments will be handed over recorded in writing in the form prescribed in Annex 7 of this Agreement or in the prescribed form issued by the state.
Seller apartment just handed to the Buyer when the Buyer only when payment in full accordance in Article 3 and Appendix 2 of this Agreement.
