2012-2013 school year, the program has supported more than 6,600 children in more than 100 classes. From the beginning of its operation to date, the rate of malnutrition in children has dropped substantially, down approximately 20%, below the Millennium goals of the United Nations. This model is built with many methods of high applicability, can apply to many other communities. By providing nutrient rich foods like soy milk blender with peanuts (to increase fat and calories), intensive training in the knowledge of nutrition and health care for teachers and parents, as well as to actively improve the facilities for the school, the program has shown the importance of the continued interest of health care for children in a way long lasting, durable and practical.
