Công ty được toàn quyền chủ động xác định phương án kinh doanh, lựa chọn mặt hàng, thiết bị công nghệ, hình thức dịch vụ, cơ cấu tổ chức, thị trường tiêu thụ phù hợp với yêu cầu chuyên môn hoá cao, hiệp tác hoá và kinh doanh tổng hợp công ty để đặt hiệu quả cao.
Công ty mở mối quan hệ liên doanh, liên kết với mọi tổ chức, cá nhân, không giới hạn địa bàn và thành phần kinh tế, công ty cũng sẵn sàng hợp tác với các tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài dưới hình thức xuất, nhập khẩu, trao đổi hàng hoá, sản phẩm, hợp tác kinh doanh…theo đúng qui định của nhà nước.
