7.1 tất cả các khoản thuế và nghĩa vụ thuế liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện hợp đồng này được điều chỉnh cho bên A và bên B bởi chính phủ nước CHXHCN Việt Nam bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: nghĩa vụ thuế quan, thuế thu nhập , thuế bàn hàng , thuế VAT…. sẽ được chấp nhận và chi trả bởi bên B. Bên B sẽ trả trong thời hạn hiệu lực toàn bộ số tiền và giữ cho bên A không bị liên quan đến bất kỳ thuế và nghĩa vụ phát sinh đối với bên A trong trường hợp ký kết và thực hiện hợp đồng.

7.1 All taxes and tax obligations relating to the execution and performance of contracts is adjusted for the a and b by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam government including but not limited to: customs duties, income tax, sales tax, vat .... will be accepted and paid by the b.b will pay for the period of validity and keep the entire amount for a party not related to any taxes and duties incurred by a party in the case and signed the contract.

7.1 all taxes and duties related to the conclusion and implementation of contracts is adjusted for the A side and B side by the Government of Viet Nam include but are not limited to: customs duties, income tax, VAT, tax table. .. will be accepted and paid for by party B. Party B will pay during the period the full amount and keep the party A is not related to any taxes and duties incurred with respect to A party where the signing and execution of the contract.
