Ngày nay vai trò của phụ nữ đã thay đổi. Ngoài việc chăm sóc con, làm việc nội trợ, phụ nữ còn tham gia các công việc xã hội để kiếm thêm thu nhập cho gia đình. Và đã có rất nhiều người thành công trong các lĩnh vực như kinh doanh, nghiên cứu, y học. Để đạt được những thành công trong công việc họ phải chứng tỏ năng lực làm việc như người đàn ông. Họ phải thường xuyên đi công tác và tiếp các đối tác kinh doanh ở mọi lúc mọi nơi ngay cả vào buổi tối. Nhiều người nghĩ rằng đây là việc không tốt. Nhưng theo tôi họ chỉ gặp và trao đổi về công việc thì không phải là xấu và không có điều gì phải lúng túng khi đối diện với khách hàng, bởi vì họ tin tưởng chính bản thân người phụ nữ đó thì họ mới trao đổi kinh doanh. Và nếu tôi hoạt động trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh tôi cũng làm như vậy.
