Trên cơ sở những nội dung đã phân tích ở trên, việc xây dựng một cổng thanh toán điện tử phục vụ công

tác nghiệp vụ của lực lượng an ninh là cực kỳ cần thiết và cấp bách trong giai đoạn phát triển nhanh

chóng của thị trường thương mại điện tử như hiện nay. Tổng cục An ninh đề xuất đồng chí Thứ trưởng

phụ trách cho phép nghiên cứu xây dựng chủ trương đầu tư dự án “Xây dựng công thanh toán điện tử

phục vụ công tác nghiệp vụ của lực lượng an ninh” để đề xuất Lãnh đạo Bộ phê duyệt.

Kinh phí dự kiến triển khai đề án khoảng 100 tỷ đồng, lấy từ nguồn kinh phí đầu tư của Bộ Công an.

Kính báo cáo đồng chí Thứ trưởng phụ trách cho ý kiến chỉ đạo thực hiện./.
