Trong điều kiện nước ta không chủ trương giữ diện tích và sản lượng cà phê ở mức hợp lí thì việc nâng cao chất lượng cà phê để qua đó tăng giá trị xuất khẩu là một định hướng quan trọng.
Trong mấy năm trở lại đây chất lượng cà phê nước ta tăng lên rõ rệt. Do áp dụng được quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng từ khâu chọn giống đến khâu bao gói xuất khẩu. Đặc biệt trong quy trình chế biến cà phê xuất khẩu đã có bước tiến bộ rõ rệt. Intimex Group đã có sân chơi tiêu chuẩn và thiết bị để sơ chế cà phê chất lượng cao cho xuất khẩu.
