Các tranh chấp thuộc phạm vi thỏa thuận của hai bên trong hợp đồng sẽ được các bên cùng xem xét, giải quyết. Nếu không thống nhất được, các bên có quyền đưa ra giải quyết tại Tòa án Kinh tế- Tòa án tỉnh, thành phố theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
