- Phụ lục này là một bộ phận không thể tách rời hợp đồng chính đã ký. Các điều khoản khác của hợp đồng chính không đề cập tại phụ lục này vẫn giữ nguyên giá trị thi hành.
- Phụ lục hợp đồng có hiệu lực ngay khi Bên A hoặc đại diện của Bên A nhận bàn giao quyền sử dụng dịch vụ viên thông và hết hiệu lực khi bên B chấm dứt sử dụng dịch vụ.
- Phụ lục hợp đồng được lập thành 02(hai) bản. Mỗi bên giữ 01(một) bản, có giá trị như nhau.
