Đại diện của bên mời thầu phải ký xác nhận vào bản gốc đơn dự thầu, thư giảm giá (nếu có), giấy ủy quyền của người đại diện theo pháp luật của nhà thầu (nếu có); thỏa thuận liên danh (nếu có); bảo đảm dự thầu; các nội dung đề xuất về tài chính và các nội dung quan trọng khác của từng hồ sơ dự thầu.
