Tổ trưởng Hành chính/hoặc Nhân viên được giao nhận công văn và sơ bộ phân chia văn bản. Những thư từ đề tên riêng người nhận, sách báo, bản tin… không phải vào sổ công văn đến. Đối với văn bản gửi đến Công ty đều phải vào sổ đăng ký công văn đến. Các văn bản khẩn, hỏa tốc, có nội dung quan trọng, cấp bách thì Tổ trưởng Hành chính/hoặc Nhân viên được giao chuyển ngay đến Tổng Giám đốc (hoặc Phó Tổng Giám đốc nếu Tổng Giám đốc đi vắng) trong thời gian ngắn nhất.
