Vietnam strong political commitment on the fight against climate change Speaking at the 21st Conference of the UN Framework Convention on climate change (COP21), Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung stressed the successful implementation of the agenda by 2030 because of the sustainable development of the United Nations requires the countries to have strong political determination and close cooperation in the implementation of serious , full, effective global climate agreement after 2020.Speaking before the leaders of 150 countries and international organizations leaders representing 196 members join COP21, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung stated: "we are present at the meeting COP21 to express commitment to support, promote the process of negotiations and through a global climate agreement after 2020. Content of agreement should ensure the equitable contribution among countries and has a balance of content about mitigation, adaptation, finance, technology transfer and development. The developed countries should take the lead in fulfilling their commitment, support and strengthen the capacity of developing countries to successfully implement the agreement ".The Prime Minister also affirmed the strong political commitment of the Government of Vietnam continues along the international community hands efforts to respond to climate change.Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said from now to 2020, in difficult conditions on resources but Vietnam continue to actively implement the strategy, program, plan on responding to climate change on various sectors, with practical measures; taken seriously the obligations within the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change and the Kyoto Protocol.Clear commitment by these specific actions, the Prime Minister insisted Vietnam will contribute $ 1 million to fund the Green climate period 2016-2020
