7.3 bất kỳ hoặc tất cả các khoản thuế và nghĩa vụ liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện hợp đồng được điều chỉnh ở bất kỳ mục nào ngoại trừ các trường hợp qui định ở điều 7.1 thì đã bao gồm trong giá của hợp đồng. nếu bên a chi trả bất cứ các khoản đã nêu, bên b có trách nhiệm hoàn trả cho bên a toàn bộ giá trị mà bên a đã chi trả trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo bằng văn bản từ bên a.
