Mục 304 (1) của Đạo luật Công ty mối quan tâm giao dịch gian lận. Dưới phần đó, nếu nó xuất hiện ở tòa án mà công ty đang thực hiện cho bất kỳ mục đích lừa đảo, tòa án có thể giữ bất kỳ người nào đã cố ý bên trong gian lận chịu trách nhiệm cá nhân cho tất cả hoặc bất kỳ của các khoản nợ hoặc nghĩa vụ khác của công ty như tòa án cho rằng thích hợp.
