- Sau khi bên B nhận được khoản thanh toán lần 1 của hợp đồng, Chuyên viên của Newway sẽ có mặt tại Khách sạn để cài đặt và khởi tạo dữ liệu. Khách sạn vui lòng gửi trước các dữ liệu vào e- mail:” [e-mail]” theo nội dung dưới đây:
+ Danh sách nhân viên theo bộ phận được thao tác trên phần mềm.
+ Tên phòng: Sơ đồ phòng, số phòng, loại phòng, hạng phòng, giá phòng.
+ Tên danh mục dịch vụ và giá các loại dịch vụ: minibar, giặt ủi, hàng đền bù trong phòng, các loại dịch vụ khác.(file excel nếu có)
+ Sơ đồ bàn nhà hàng, quầy bar
+ Thực đơn nhà hàng, bar (file exel, nếu có)
+ Định lượng món ăn, đồ uống( file exel, nếu có)
+ Danh mục tên các kho.
+ Bảng kê tồn đầu kỳ tính đến thời điềm cần nhập để quản lý trên phần mềm.
+ Một số mẫu biểu quy định về hóa đơn thanh toán, xác nhận đặt phòng, báo cáo,…
