Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ

Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi trân trọng giới thiệu bài viết của Trợ lý Luật sư- Lê An Hải với tiêu đề “Những biến thể đặc biệt của mô hình công ty”, được đăng tải trên thời báo Kinh Tế Sài Gòn ngày 29/1/2016. Trong bài viết này, tác giả tập trung phân tích những đặc điểm của các biến thể của mô hình công ty đang được áp dụng rộng rãi trên thế giới và xu hướng phát triển của những mô hình này tại Việt Nam trong tương lai. Bên cạnh đó, bài viết đã đưa ra những dẫn chứng thực tế thú vị về hoạt động của các mô hình này, từ đó các nhà quản trị doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam có thể cân nhắc và áp dụng hiệu quả trong xu hướng phát triển chung của nền kinh tế hội nhập như hiện nay.

In part I of this Law Newsletter, we introduce the post of the Assistant Attorney-Le Maritime Security titled "The Special variant of the model company", was posted on the Saigon economic times on 29/1/2016. In this article, the author focused analysis of the characteristics of the variation of the corporate model is being widely applied in the world and the trend of development of these models in Vietnam in the future. Besides, the article has taken the actual interesting evidence on the operation of this model, from which business executives in Vietnam can weigh and applied effectively in the general development trend of economic integration.

In Part I of this periodical Legal Newsletter, we would like to introduce articles of Assistant lawyers-Le An Hai titled "The special variant of the model company", was published in the newspaper Economic Saigon on 01.29.2016. In this article, the author focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the model variants of the company are widely applied in the world and the development trend of these models in Vietnam in the future. Besides, the article has taken the lead interesting facts about the operation of this model, from which the corporate governance in Vietnam can be considered and applied effectively in growing trend general economic integration today.
