Bên A có quyền khiếu nại về việc bưu phẩm gửi bị suy suyển, hư hỏng, về giá cước trong vòng 01 tháng kể từ ngày gửi; hoặc khiếu nại về việc mất bưu phẩm gửi, chuyển phát bưu phẩm chậm so với thời gian toàn trình trong vòng 06 tháng kể từ ngày kết thúc thời gian toàn trình.
