ĐIỀU 4: NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN CHO THUÊ
Bên Cho thuê có các nghĩa vụ sau:
4.1. Giao nhà ở và trang thiết bị gắn liền với nhà ở theo đúng quy định tại Điều 2.2. của Hợp đồng này.
4.2. Phổ biến cho bên B quy định về quản lý sử dụng nhà ở.
4.3. Bên Cho thuê cam kết về việc sở hữu hợp pháp của căn nhà được sử dụng để cho thuê theo quy định tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này.
4.4. Đảm bảo cho Bên Thuê sử dụng nhà ở một cách thuận tiện.
4.5. Bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa nhà theo định kỳ hoặc theo thỏa thuận giữa hai Bên.
4.6. Hướng dẫn, đôn đốc Bên Thuê thực hiện các quy định của pháp luật về thuê nhà ở.
4.7. Nộp các khoản thuế, lệ phí về nhà đất (nếu có) cho cơ quan thuế.
