Nếu Chủ đầu tư thấy có một trong các nhân sự không phải chủ chốt hoặc tư vấn phụ đã phạm những sai trái nghiêm trọng hoặc đã bị buộc tội là đã phạm tội, hoặc nếu chủ đầu tư xác định rằng nhân sự của tư vấn hoặc tư vấn phụ có liên quan đến các hành vi gian lận và tham nhũng trong khi thực hiện các dịch vụ, Tư vấn sẽ phải cung cấp một nhân sự thay thế theo thông báo bằng văn bản của chủ đầu tư.
