Các phương pháp đánh giá mức độ xơ gan sử dụng phương pháp không xâm lấn đã được đánh giá hiệu quả và khuyến cáo sử dụng trong quá trình sàng lọc và chẩn đoán viêm gan (WHO, 2014, AASLD/IDSA, 2015; European Association for Study of Liver, 2014), ngoài ra các phương pháp này còn hiệu quả về mặt kinh tế, và dễ dàng chấp nhận, tránh mất dấu hơn các phưowng pháp trước đây như sinh thiết gan. Do vậy, nghiên cứu sẽ sử dụng phương pháp đánh giá mức độ xơ hóa gan bằng máy Fibroscan Eschosens 402 để đánh giá mức độ xơ gan.

The method of evaluating the degree of liver fibrosis using non-invasive methods were efficient and recommended to use in the process of screening and diagnosis of hepatitis (WHO, by 2014, AASLD/IDSA, 2015; European Association for Study of Liver, 2014), this method is also economical, effective and easily accept, avoid lost more than the phưowng of France such as liver biopsy. As such, the study will use the method of evaluating the degree of liver fibrosis with Fibroscan 402 Eschosens to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis.
