Phòng Thương mại và Dự án phối hợp lập kế hoạch đấu thầu, tổ chức đấu thầu, chọn thầu.
Phòng Thương mại phải nắm bắt được nhu cầu đặt hàng của khách hàng, thông báo và thống nhất với phòng Dự án về tiến độ, thời gian bàn giao sản phẩm, dịch vụ để phòng Dự án kịp thời chuẩn bị và tiến hành bàn giao, đấu nối hạ tầng kỹ thuật.
Phòng Dự án phải thông báo cho phòng Thương mại mọi vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động bàn giao ranh mốc, đấu nối hạ tầng kỹ thuật và dịch vụ có thể ảnh hưởng đến khách hàng (tiến độ bàn giao, bản vẽ mặt bằng, tài liệu kỹ thuật…)
