Từ các kết quả này cho ta thấy tình hình kinh doanh của công ty đang ngày càng được mở rộng hơn so với năm trước do tình hình nền kinh tế Việt Nam đang từng bước phục hồi sau cuộc khủng hoảng năm 2012-2013. Nền kinh tế đặc biệt là thị trường bất động sản đã nhiều tín hiệu tích cực. Việt Nam đã được công nhận là thành viên của tổ chức Hiệp định đối tác kinh tế xuyên Thái Bình Dương., chính điều này đã khiên Việt Nam thu hút được nhiều sự đầu tư từ nước ngoài, các dự án công trình nhận được nhiều ưu đãi từ phía Đảng và Nhà nước khiến Công ty có thể mở rộng và xây dựng thêm nhiều dự án mới trong năm 2015.
