Hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha được sử dụng

Hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha được sử dụng để đánh giá độ tin cậy của từng yếu tố động lực làm việc của điều dưỡng. Những yếu tố có hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha≥ 0,6 thì thang đo của tiểu mục mới được xem là có độ tin cậy với mẫu nghiên cứu.
