Chúng ta không thể phủ nhận những sự phát triển tích cực của kinh tế thị trường, nhưng mặt trái của nó là tệ nạn xã hội và nhất là thực trạng nhức nhối của xã hội ta hiện nay - đại dịch HIV/ AIDS.
