Hiện nay, Intimex chưa có kho để gia công hàng, đóng gói cà phê xuất khẩu theo yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng mà phải liên kết với các kho bên ngoài. Đây là một trong những bất cập mà Intimex gặp phải trong thời gian qua, không chủ động được nguồn hàng cung ứng, chi phí thuê kho lại cao khiến lợi nhuận giảm.
Do đó, nếu đầu tư xây dựng kho để chứa hàng cũng như có thể tự đóng gói cà phê thì công ty có thể kiểm soát được năng suất đóng hàng tại các kho, chủ động mua và bán hàng theo các hợp đồng đã ký kết mà không lo đến việc trễ hàng hay trễ tàu, gây nên tốn chi phí, mặt khác còn giảm bớt được chi phí thuê kho.
