5. Chấm dứt hoặc thay đổi đại diện theo pháp luật:
a) Trường hợp chấm dứt quyền đại diện theo pháp luật khi chủ tài khoản đến tuổi thành niên:
- Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin;
- Các giấy tờ tùy thân của chủ tài khoản theo quy định tại Điểm b, Khoản 1, Điều 9 Quy định này.
