ĐIỀU 5: NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN THUÊ
Bên Thuê có các nghĩa vụ sau:
5.1. Sử dụng nhà đúng mục đích đã thỏa thuận, giữ gìn nhà ở và có trách nhiệm trong việc sủa chữa những hư hỏng do mình gây ra.
5.2. Trả tiền thuê nhà đúng thời điểm theo quy định tại Điều 3.4. của Hợp đồng này.
5.3. Trả tiền điện, nước, điện thoại, vệ sinh và các chi phí phát sinh khác trong thời gian thuê nhà.
5.4. Chấp hành đầy đủ những quy định về quản lý sử dụng nhà ở.
5.5. Chấp hành các quy định về giữ gìn vệ sinh môi trường và an ninh trật tự trong khu vực cư trú.
5.6. Tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật tại địa phương nơi cư trú.
5.7. Trả nhà cho Bên Cho thuê sau khi kết thúc thời gian thuê nhà tại Điều 2.1. của Hợp đồng này và các trường hợp chấm dứt Hợp đồng khác (nếu có).
5.8. Trừ trường hợp có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Bên Cho thuê, Bên Thuê sẽ không tiến hành cho bất cứ một Bên thứ ba nào khác thuê lại căn nhà là đối tượng của Hợp đồng này trong mọi trường hợp.
