3.2. Ứng dụng tiếng anh tại đơn vị thực tập
Ứng dụng tiếng anh tại công ty TNHH Abc được phân công nhiệm vụ dịch tài liệu Anh – Việt, Việt – Anh và đánh máy tài liệu như:
- Dịch bài “Báo cáo tiến độ bán hàng Quý 3 năm 2015“ (Anh- Việt).
- Dịch tài liệu về hệ thống sản phẩm của công ty (Anh-Việt)
Phụ trách sắp xếp, quản lý hồ sơ của các bộ phận ( File hồ sơ nhân viên, file công văn đi, file công văn đến, file trình ký … bằng tiếng Anh.
Tham gia tiếp đón khách nước ngoài
Trước khi bắt đầu dịch một bài cụ thể, tôi thường đọc lướt qua một lượt để hiểu nội dung cơ bản của bài dịch rồi mới tiến hành dịch. Vì đây là một chương trình khá mới mẻ và có nhiều từ thuộc chuyên ngành nên trong quá trình dịch bài, đôi lúc tôi phải nhờ sự trợ giúp của từ điển (sách từ điển và phần mềm từ điển) để hiểu rõ bản chất của từ và áp dụng đúng từ. Hơn nữa, tôi cố gắng tìm tòi các từ đa nghĩa sao cho từ ngữ phù hợp với ngữ cảnh. Sau khi hoàn thành, tôi kiểm tra bài dịch lại lần nữa trước khi đưa cho các anh chị kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa.
Trong thời gian thực tập, tôi đã tìm hiểu và tham khảo thêm một vài tài liệu liên quan đến chuyên ngành thực tập của mình tại nơi thực tập, vì vậy tôi có thể học hỏi thêm và có thể sử dụng đúng từ góp phần làm cho bài dịch được hoàn thiện hơn.
Tại công ty tôi đang thực tập tôi nhận được được sự chỉ dẫn tận tình của các anh chị trong bộ phận kinh doanh và nhân sự, được hướng dẫn tận tình, hướng dẫn tại chỗ (hướng dẫn lý thuyết và cả thực hành) nên công việc được giao hoàn thành nhanh chóng và đạt kết quả. Nếu gặp phải bất kỳ vấn đề nan giải trong việc dịch bài, tôi tìm cách hỏi các anh chị có kinh nghiệm và nhận được cách dịch hợp lý trong từng trường hợp.
Ngoài ra, tôi đã quan sát trực tiếp các công việc tại văn phòng hay đi quan sát thực nghiệm tại các showroom, điều này giúp tôi hiểu rõ bản chất vấn đề và ít bỡ ngỡ trước các vấn đề thuộc chuyên ngành.
