Công văn số 8219/BTC-CST ngày 16/06/2016 về việc hướng dẫn chính sách thuế TTĐB đối với ô tô điện nhập khẩu: đối với các xe ô tô điện 4 bánh chở người 14 chỗ được nhập khẩu để phục vụ cho khách tham quan (trong các khu vực riêng), không đăng ký lưu hành và không tham gia giao thông thì các xe ô tô điện này thuộc đối tượng không chịu thuế TTĐB. Nếu các xe ô tô này được sử dụng không đúng mục đích nêu trên thì doanh nghiệp phải nộp thuế TTĐB và xử phạt theo quy định của pháp luật.
