Qua phân tích ta thấy vị trí của siêu thị, mặt tiền của siêu thị, kiến trúc nội thất , tiền sảnh và hội trường của siêu thị đều nhận được rất nhiều sự hài lòng và rất hài lòng của khách hàng chiếm tỷ lệ từ 42% đến hơn 50% khách hàng, chỉ có một số ít chiếm tỷ lệ nhỏ khách hàng cảm thấy không hài lòng và rất không hài lòng về cách bài trí và thể hiện của siêu thị BigC.

Results (English) 1:

Through analysis we found the location of the supermarket, the front of the supermarket, interior architecture, vestibule and Hall of supermarkets are getting a lot of satisfaction and a satisfied customer's accounting for the rate from 42% to more than 50% of the customers, only a handful of the small proportion of customers feel dissatisfied and very dissatisfied about the layout and express by BigC supermarket.

Through our analysis shows the location of the supermarket, the supermarket facade, interior architecture, lobby and halls of the supermarkets are getting a lot of satisfaction and very satisfied customer of proportion from 42 % to over 50% of customers, only a small proportion few customers feel dissatisfied and very dissatisfied about the layout and performance of Big C supermarket.
