Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng theo đơn

Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng theo đơn giá (theo thời gian), dự toán của các dịch vụ được quy định tại Phụ lục C (Giá Hợp đồng). Việc thanh toán theo Hợp đồng này không được vượt quá mức cao nhất bằng ngoại tệ và nội tệ quy định tại các Quy đinh riêng. Đối với những thanh toán vượt trần, một bảng sửa đổi hợp đồng sẽ được ký kết bởi các bên, đề cập đến các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này mà đã tạo ra các sửa đổi đó.

In the case of unit price contracts (over time), the estimation of the services set forth in Annex C (Contract Price). The payment under this contract shall not exceed the highest level in foreign currency and local currency stipulated in the regulation. For those payments exceed the ceiling, a table to modify the contract will be signed by the parties, referring to the terms of this contract that has created the modification.

The payment under this contract shall not exceed the highest level of foreign currency and local currency specified in separate regulations. For the payment exceeds the ceiling, a table will be amended contract signed by the parties, referring to the terms of this Agreement that created the amendment.
