9.2 Hình thức tài liệu:
Tài liệu phải đầy đủ, chính xác, rõ ràng. Ngôn ngữ của tài liệu được viết bằng Tiếng Việt.
Đơn vị đo lường ghi theo hệ SI.
9.3 Những sai sót nếu có trong tài liệu:
Bên B có trách nhiệm kiểm tra tài liệu kỹ thuật do bên A chuyển giao và mọi thắc mắc về tài liệu kỹ thuật sẽ do bên A hướng dẫn và giải đáp trước khi máy móc, thiết bị, dây chuyền chính thức đi vào sản xuất. Mọi tổn thất, rủi ro xảy ra trong quá trình sản xuất chính thức liên quan đến tài liệu kỹ thuật sẽ do bên B chịu.
9.4 Sai sót trong phần mềm của máy tính:
Phần mềm máy tính sẽ được bên A hướng dẫn và chạy thử. Nếu có sai sót nào xảy ra đối với việc chạy và xử lý của phần mềm ngay lúc này, bên A sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thay thế, bổ sung hoặc sửa chữa. Kể từ lúc tiếp nhận phần mềm, mọi rủi ro và sai sót đối với phần mềm do bên B chịu trách nhiệm.
9.5 Những thay đổi trong tài liệu:
Nếu có sự cải tiến, nâng cao, sửa đổi, bổ sung, hay những thay đổi khác trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng đối với tài liệu thuộc hợp đồng này thì bên A sẽ cung cấp, sửa đổi, bổ sung cho bên B.
9.6 Các bên thoả thuận về thời gian giao các tài liệu kỹ thuật như sau:
Trong vòng 20 ngày sau đợt giao máy móc, thiết bị cuối cùng, bên A gửi những tài liệu đã quy định trong phụ lục II.
Lưu ý: Bên A cam kết chuyển giao đúng hạn những tài liệu kỹ thuật cho bên B. Nếu có bất cứ việc hoãn giao tài liệu kỹ thuật nào xảy ra mà bên A không mong muốn, bên A sẽ thông báo cho bên B trước 7 ngày.
