Chức năng quản lý rủi ro tín dụng của phòng QLRR tách bạch với Phòng quản lý Khách hàng (bộ phận đề xuất - FO) và bộ phận Quản trị tín dụng (bộ phận tác nghiệp - BO). Chức năng quản lý rủi ro tác nghiệp được độc lập, tách bạch với các phòng nghiệp vụ.
