Khi Bên B đã hoàn tất việc kêu gọi đầu tư – nhà đầu tư đã đồng ý đầu tư hoặc cổ phần nhưng Bên A không đồng ý thực hiện, Bên A phải bồi thường cho Bên B một khoản chi phí (sẽ thoả thuận và bổ sung vào Phụ lục Hợp đồng).
