Theo phóng viên TTXVN tại Washington, trong hai ngày 23-24/3, Đoàn cán bộ cấp cao Bộ Quốc phòng Việt Nam, do Thượng tướng Nguyễn Chí Vịnh, Ủy viên Trung ương Đảng, Thứ trưởng Bộ Quốc phòng làm trưởng đoàn, đã có các cuộc tiếp xúc làm việc với Thượng nghĩ sỹ Patrick Leahy và các quan chức cấp cao Bộ Quốc phòng và Bộ Ngoại giao Hoa Kỳ.
