1. Như đã nêu ở khoản V.1 trang 13 và mục V.4 trang 14 của thuyết minh báo cáo tài chính, số dư tiền mặt và hàng tồn kho tại ngày 31/12/2014 lần lượt là 113.885.516 đồng và 3.217.701.115 đồng. Chúng tôi không thể tham gia quan sát kiểm kê quỹ tiền mặt và kiểm kê hàng tồn kho tại ngày 31/12/2014 vì tại thời điểm đó chúng tôi chưa được bổ nhiệm làm kiểm toán. Mặt khác, chúng tôi cũng không thể thực hiện các thủ tục kiểm toán thay thế khác để kiểm chứng số dư quỹ tiền mặt và hàng tồn kho vào ngày 31/12/2014.
