Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu do các điều kiện khách quan mà các bên thấy rằng cần thiết phải sửa đổi nội dung của một số điều khoản trong hợp đồng thì việc ký kết các phụ lục bổ sung của hợp đồng được tiến hành theo quy trình này từ bước tiếp nhận đến ký kết hợp đồng.
Mọi thay đổi hoặc phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng phải được thông báo cho tất cả các phòng ban hoặc đơn vị có liên quan (gồm cả tư vấn giám sát và các nhà thầu).
