1. Bề mặt vật liệu mới phải sạch,không dính bụi bẩn,dầu mỡ,gỉ sắt,độ ẩm < 6%.
2. Thùng sơn phải được khuấy đều trước khi sử dụng.
3. Pha một một lớp sơn lót ,với dung môi hữu cơ (hoặc xăng,dầu)tỷ lệ pha 15-20 %.
4. Để sơn lớp kế tiếp lớp sơn lót phải được dể khô thấu sau 12 giờ nếu không lớp sơn phủ sẽ làm mềm lớp sơn lót ,dẫn tới lớp sơn phủ sẽ bị yếu chân
5. Sau đó pha lớp sơn phủ vân búa (theo tỷ lệ dung môi như trên),sơn tiếp lần 2.


Ghi chú:
*Sơn chưa sử dụng hoặc sử dụng chưa hết cần đậy kín nắp,để nơi khô ráo thoáng mát.
*Điều kiện thi công phải thông thoáng.Tránh xa nguồn lửa.
*Tránh tiếp xúc trực tiếp với da,mắt.Sử dụng trang bị an toàn lao động:như găng tay
