Bên A không có trách nhiệm chấp nhận tuyển dụng bất kỳ nhân viên nào do bên B giới thiệu. Nếu Bên A chấp nhận nhân viên do Bên B giới thiệu, thì nhân viên được giới thiệu cần phải trải qua việc chọn lựa và tham gia các chương trình đào tạo.
