The results of hairy root infection are shown in tables and figures at 3 different bacterial concentrations. In this experiment, although the presence of rolB and rolC genes was not tested to confirm the true hairy root sample, when compared with the negative control sample in the picture, it shows a clear difference. In negative control samples, it was observed that although there was root growth from the cultured parts, the roots were green and no root hairs were seen, while in the infiltrated roots, stems, and leaves, infected with strong root growth from the wounds after 4 weeks of culture after infection with A. rhizogenes on medium without added growth regulators with white root morphology and many hairs on branched roots , the roots point up towards the lid of the petri dish. So it can be predicted that the infection method with A. rhizogenes ATCC 15834 has brought good results for inducing root formation from wounds of parts of S. calva plants.
