17.2. "Bất khả kháng" sẽ không bao gồm (i) bất kỳ sự kiện bị gây ra bởi sự sơ suất hoặc hành động cố ý của một bên hoặc các chuyên gia, các tư vấn phụ hoặc các đại diện hoặc chủ đầu tư của Bên đó, cũng như (ii) khi một bên với tinh thần làm việc cần mẫn đã vừa đáp ứng được thời hạn của hợp đồng, vừa tránh được hoặc khắc phục được khó khăn trong việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ của mình theo hợp đồng này.

17.2. "force majeure" shall not include (i) any event was caused by negligence or intentional act of a party or the experts, the extra advice or representation or owner of that party, as well as (ii) when a party with meticulous work has just met the time limit of the contract , just avoid or overcome difficulties in performing its duties under this contract.

17.2. "Force Majeure" shall not include (i) any event which is caused by negligence or willful act of a party or experts, consultants or other additives or investor representatives of the Parties that, as well as (ii) as a party to the spirit of hard work has just met the deadline of the contract, has avoided or overcome difficulties in the implementation of its tasks under this contract.
