– Bên B phải thông báo bằng văn bản

– Bên B phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên A nếu có sự tham gia của bất cứ bên thứ 3 nào và phải được sự đồng ý của bên A.
– Bên B có trách nhiệm bảo quản nguyên vật liệu do bên A cung cấp, nêu cao tinh thần tiết kiệm nguyên vật liệu. Nếu có mất mát hoặc hư hỏng nguyên vật liệu trong suốt quá trình sử dụng, bên B chịu trách nhiệm.
– Trường hợp thiếu hụt nguyên vật liệu sau khi đã chấp nhận nhập nguyên vật liệu, bên B chịu trách nhiệm bổ sung và mua tại các cửa hàng, đại lý nguyên vật liệu do bên A chỉ định.
– Bên B chấp nhận mọi rủi ro phát sinh về số lượng và chất lượng nguyên vật liệu kể từ lúc chấp nhận nhập nguyên vật liệu đến lúc giao hàng.
– Bên B hoàn trả toàn bộ phần nguyên vật liệu còn lại cho bên A sau khi hoàn thành hợp đồng. Đối với phần nguyên vật liệu dư thừa bên B để mất mát hay hư hỏng, bên B phải bồi thường đầy đủ giá trị nguyên vật liệu theo hoá đơn.
