Trường hợp Bên A được trang bị thiết bị đầu cuối dịch vụ FTTH, nếu hủy hợp đồng trước hoặc sau thời gian cam kết, bên B sẽ thu hồi các thiết bị đầu cuối hoặc nhận bồi thường bằng tiền mặt nếu thiết bị hư hỏng ( do lỗi người dùng ) hoặc bị mất .( Thiết bị converter quang trị giá : 1.400.000 đồng hoặc thiết bị Yestelecom wireless trị giá : 1.800.000đ hoặc thiết bị Totolink wireless : 1.320.000đ hoặc thiết bị Alphion ( AONT -1501 1GE) : 1.320.000đ hoặc thiết bị Alphion ( AONT-1534 4 GE wifi) : 2.750.000đ.
5. Trường hợp bên A tham gia đóng trước cước nhiều tháng, nếu Bên A hủy hợp dịch vụ khi chưa sử dụng đủ số tháng cước đã đóng trước, thì Bên B sẽ không hoàn trả lại gia1tri5 còn lại của số tiền cước đã đóng trước.
6. Quà tặng sẽ được đại diện bên B giao cho bên A hoặc đại diện bên A khi tiến hành lắp đặt và nghiệm thu tại địa chỉ sử dụng.
7. Trong thời hạn 30 (ba mươi ) ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng nếu bên A không có nhu cầu lắp đặt thì sẽ không được hưởng quà tặng.
